15 Piles installed for a cabin some extensions had to be made to achieve proper torque. We made the proper extensions installed them with caps to level, put gravel inside graded drainage to keep water from running under the cabin.

Cabin now sitting on the Screw Piles & looking good.

Loaded the stumps on my trailer & hauled them to a local farmer for his outdoor wood heater to heat his home. (Recycled )

The new 96in. wide 6 way heavy duty Dozer blade

The blade makes long driveways easier to clear during snow clearing.

The new hoe-pack unit: Super compaction along with other uses like post & pile pounding.

Site development started as a hill. Leveled the lot, cut trails for walking & quadding, then spread the gravel around for the clean look.

Some custom made window frames that had to be made because the carpenter ants reaked havoc. All necessary repairs were made including wall repairs as needed. There were 3 sets of window frames & the patio door frames as well

A corner pile for a shop that was constructed on piles by K.C.

This Is a shop being constructed on our piles it will have 2-14ft. & 1-12 ft. garage doors when finished

10x10 Fir beams for an entryway on steel screw piles. We did the beam work also.

The finished beam work with halleluiah arms & stained. Gates to be installed at a later date.

Plasma cutting pile caps for a shop floor. They needed to have holes cut to go over top of the piles & welded on, filled with concrete later also, rebar can be welded on the cap

No waiting on custom fabrication with a shop at home.

Putting up a better wall & roof system on a cabin project. Lots to do, cabin was poorly built but worth saving.

Metal roof with sky light installed

Log siding window s were also changed up to more efficient 2 pane

Rear view: we will be putting a metal roof on shortly & over time wood siding to give it that rustic look. Updates as they are done.

Stained & working on screen door. I put a wood heater in & have furnace going with a nice bedroom in back turned out nice all wood walls on inside for that rustic feeling.

Lift test a 12ft. truck camper needed to be moved but the jacks were week so I rigged up some fork extensions picked it up & moved to another loc.

My new Woodmizer Sawmill sawing lumber for some buildings in the future.

First Mobile home for 2016 20 Piles, striped black dirt in chunks due to frost pre drilled all the holes before install. Was set on a beautiful setting with a view of the mountains.

Covered deck on the cabin project, also put a red metal roof on the wood shed to match.

Lifted this cabin two feet with my track loader, then installed 6 screw piles lazered to desired height put 6 In. I beams under the cabin on the piles welded them to the piles and reset the cabin to a level solid foundation.

This project started out a wood shed but ended up 1/3 wood shed 2/3 man cave it has been trimmed out and a sliding door all custom made by K.C. Contracting.

A pump house that was sinking so we installed two 4-1/2 double helix 15Ft. piles at the front corners jacked the building and welded gussets to stabilize it.

Custom sliding doors to a furnace room the stained glass came from a over 100 year old Church in Arkansas I cut out the window opening installed the windows with upmost care, then designed the sliding mechanism to make it all come together.

15 Piles for a new cabin installed leveled and welded the customer was building the floor beams before we left the site.

This job was for a cabin that was coming from Poland never even met the customer all through E-Mail.

This is my hunting unit I made the addition on the back part insulated it and installed windows that completely open up doors in the back to be able to hall my Quad.

I took this 5Th. wheel travel trailer on trade for some work and found it had leaked the back four feet no good so I completely gutted it from top to bottom new floor joists Styrofoam insulation all better than factory. To top it off took out the carpet and installed vinyl plank flooring looks great now.
